Longmont Clinic Laboratory is Medicare certified, inspected by the Colorado Department of Health and participates in the College of American Pathology Proficiency Survey Program. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis during normal departmental hours.
Most specimens are processed on site unless otherwise specified by insurance carriers. Should an outside laboratory be used for special testing, you may receive a separate bill from that reference laboratory in addition to the bill received from Longmont Clinic Laboratory. In an effort to ensure correct specimen processing and statement billing, it is important to notify the laboratory receptionist of any change in your insurance coverage since your last visit to Longmont Clinic.
As an additional service to employers, Longmont Clinic Laboratory provides drug and chemical testing.

Monday through Friday: 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
