Patient Registration Specialist - Full-time:
This position provides centralized registration services to all Clinic patients. Candidate must have excellent computer and customer service skills and enjoy working with the public. Cash handling experience is preferred. This is a full-time position and some Saturdays are required. Bilingual preferred.

Phlebotomist - Full-time:
This position will draw all patient ages for a variety of testing. Candidate must have comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety, general knowledge of Lab Information Systems. Position requires excellent professionalism and customer service focus as well as strong attention to detail. Candidates with proven on the job experience as a Phlebotomist in a clinical lab environment for at least two years is preferred.

Team Lead - Reception/Registration Specialist - Full-time: Carbon Valley Medical Center, Firestone, CO: 
This position answers incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, schedules appointments according to practice guidelines. Greets patients in a friendly and professional manner. Records and relays accurate information to physicians and nurses. Provides central registration for physician appointments as well as ancillary services. This supervisory position will work alongside front office staff providing leadership, direction and support while monitoring daily performance. The candidate must possess the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking team environment. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. 
This position is located at Carbon Valley Medical Center in Firestone, CO.  

Float Receptionist - Full-time:
This position answers incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, schedules appointments according to practice guidelines. Greets patients in a friendly and professional manner. Records and relays accurate information to physicians and nurses. Performs a variety of clerical functions. This position will cross-train to cover for other departments assigned. Excellent communication, attention to detail and customer service skills required. Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred.  
Director of Nursing - Full-time:
We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing services department. This position is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all clinic nursing services, including staffing management, quality/performance improvement, regulatory compliance, staff development/performance management, employee engagement, policy & procedure administration, and safety. Position requirements include 3+ years of nursing management experience in a clinic or healthcare setting, excellent team building and communication skills, and a current Colorado RN license.
LPN/Medical Assistant: Allergy - Full-time, 32-40 hours:
We are seeking a bright, highly motivated, detailed-oriented Medical Assistant or LPN to join our staff. Position responsibilities will include preparing patients for examination, assisting with procedures, preparing and maintaining medical equipment and supplies and patient education as appropriate. Candidate will have working knowledge of the electronic medical record system and documentation standards. Essential qualities include a high degree of professionalism, friendly, energetic, willing to learn and able to multi-task in a busy environment. Must be willing to work in a team environment as a viable team player, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Medical Assistants must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant program. Maintains BLS/CPR certification. Previous experience is preferred.
