LPN/Medical Assistant: Allergy - Full-time, 32-40 hours:
LPN/Medical Assistant: Pediatrics - Full-time, 40 hours: 
We are seeking two bright, highly motivated, detailed-oriented Medical Assistants or LPN to join our staff. Position responsibilities will include preparing patients for examination, assisting with procedures, preparing and maintaining medical equipment and supplies and patient education as appropriate. Candidate will have working knowledge of the electronic medical record system and documentation standards. Essential qualities include a high degree of professionalism, friendly, energetic, willing to learn and able to multi-task in a busy environment. Must be willing to work in a team environment as a viable team player, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Medical Assistants must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant program. Maintains BLS/CPR certification. Previous experience is preferred.
Receptionist: Gastroenterology - Full-time:
Answers incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously. Schedules appointments according to practice guidelines. Greets patients in a friendly and professional manner. Records and relays accurate information to physicians and nurses. Performs a variety of clerical functions. This position will cross-train to cover for other personnel as assigned. Excellent communication, attention to detail and customer service skills required. Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred.
Reception/Registration, Urgent Care: Carbon Valley Medical Center, Firestone - Part-time, weekends:
Answers incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously. Schedules appointments according to practice guidelines. Greets patients in a friendly and professional manner. Records and relays accurate information to physicians and nurses. Registers and collects co-pays for new and existing patients. Performs a variety of clerical functions. This position will cross-train to cover for other personnel as assigned. Excellent communication, attention to detail and customer service skills required. Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred. This position is part-time, weekends only. Approximately 26-39 hours per month. This position is for the Carbon Valley Medical Center located in Firestone.
Receptionist: Family Practice - Full-time:
Answers incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously. Schedules appointments according to practice guidelines. Greets patients in a friendly and professional manner. Records and relays accurate information to physicians and nurses. Performs a variety of clerical functions. This position will cross-train to cover for other personnel as assigned. Excellent communication, attention to detail and customer service skills required. Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred.
Patient Registration Specialist - Full-time:
This position provides centralized registration services to all Clinic patients. Candidate must have excellent computer and customer service skills and enjoy working with the public, cash handling experience is preferred. Some Saturdays are required. Bilingual is preferred but not required.
Receptionist: Float - Full-time:
This position answers incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously. Schedules appointments according to practice guidelines. Greets patients in a friendly and professional manner. Records and relays accurate information to physicians and nurses. Performs a variety of clerical functions. This position will cross-train in multiple departments to cover for other personnel as assigned. This position will travel between and work as needed in two separate locations. Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred.
