Kari Schoenwald, MMS, P.A.
Kari Schoenwald attended North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology in 1986. She went on to attend Colorado State University as a prerequisite to the Physician Assistant program. She attended Red Rocks Community College Physician Assistant Program where she received her certification as a P.A. in 2002. She received her Masters Degree from St Francis University in Loretto, PA. Currently, she serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Red Rocks Physician Assistant program teaching Clinical Medicine with a focus on Laboratory Medicine and Infectious Diseases. Kari’s special interests include Travel Medicine and Immunizations, Bacterial Resistance Mechanisms, and Hepatitis C. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants. Kari began working at Longmont Clinic in the Infectious Diseases department in 2003.
