Katherine Dueber, M.D.

Dr. Katherine Dueber is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. She also attended the University of Lancaster in Lancaster, England, before completing her M.D. at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the Phoenix Children's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Dueber is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Grace C. Fan, M.D.

Dr. Grace Fan graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota with a B.A. in chemistry in 1984. She then attended the University of California School of Medicine in Los Angeles to obtain her M.D. in 1988. Dr. Fan completed both an internship and residency in pediatrics at Harbor — UCLA Medical Center. She is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Wade Heinrichs, M.D.

Dr. Wade Heinrichs graduated with a B.S. from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, in 1990. He then went on to obtain a master's in elementary education from Beaver College in Glenside, Pennsylvania, in 1993. He taught elementary school from August 1990 to June 1996, before he went back to school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and graduated with his M.D. in 2001.
