Katherine Dueber, M.D.
Dr. Katherine Dueber is a graduate of
Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter,
Minnesota. She also attended the University
of Lancaster in Lancaster, England, before
completing her M.D. at New York Medical
College in Valhalla, New York. She completed
her residency in pediatrics at the Phoenix
Children's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr.
Dueber is a member of the American
Academy of Pediatrics. She practiced at the
Fort Collins Youth Clinic prior to joining
Longmont Clinic and Carbon
Valley Medical Center in May 2008.

Grace C. Fan, M.D.
Dr. Grace Fan graduated from
Carleton College in Northfield,
Minnesota with a B.A. in chemistry in 1984. She then
attended the University of
California School of Medicine in
Los Angeles to obtain her M.D.
in 1988. Dr. Fan completed both
an internship and residency in pediatrics at Harbor — UCLA
Medical Center. She is currently
an Assistant Clinical Professor
at the University of Colorado
School of Medicine. Dr. Fan is a
board certified pediatrician. She
is also a fellow of the American
Academy of Pediatrics and and
member of the Colorado
Pediatric Primary Care

Wade Heinrichs, M.D.
Dr. Wade Heinrichs graduated with a
B.S. from Davidson College in Davidson,
North Carolina, in 1990. He then went
on to obtain a master's in elementary education from Beaver
College in Glenside, Pennsylvania, in
1993. He taught elementary school from August 1990 to June
1996, before he went back to school at
the University of Pittsburgh School of
Medicine and graduated with his M.D. in
2001. Dr. Heinrichs completed his pediatric residency at the University of
Arizona in Tucson. He is a member of
the American Academy of Pediatrics and
the American Medical Society. He has
worked in clinical research at the
University of Colorado and Children's
Hospital in Denver. Dr. Heinrichs joined
Carbon Valley Medical Center in 2004.

Dr. Patti Rosquist graduated
