Steven Brizendine, M.D.

Dr. Steven Brizendine graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in biology in 1998. He then attended The American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine where he received his M.D in 2003. He completed his residency at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center/University of Illinois, Chicago. Dr. Brizendine is board certified in internal medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association and the American Cancer Society. He joined Longmont Clinic in January 2007.

David W. McCarty, D.O.

Dr. David McCarty graduated from the University of Colorado in 1970 and received his D.O. from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, Des Moines, Iowa, in 1973. He then completed an internship and an internal medicine residency in 1979 with St. Luke's Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Dr. McCarty is active with the Clinic research department, with ongoing studies on osteoporosis in the elderly and hypertension.
