Kevin R. Berg, M.D.
Dr. Kevin Berg received a bachelor of science degree from North
Dakota State University in Fargo,
North Dakota, in 1975. He
attended Mayo Medical School in
Rochester, Minnesota, and
graduated in 1979. His surgical
training was completed at the
University of Iowa in 1984. He is
board certified by the American
College of Surgeons. Dr. Berg
has been a general surgeon at

David Burnham, M.D.
Dr. David Burnham attended the
University of Notre Dame and
received a B.S. in 1989. He
went on to receive his medical degree from the Medical
College of Georgia in Augusta,
Georgia, in 1993. He completed
both an internship and a
residency in general surgery at
the Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Burnham is a board certified general surgeon and a member
of the American College of

John D. Leonard, M.D.
Dr. John Leonard earned his bachelor
of science degree in 1966 and
his medical degree in 1970 from
the University of Alberta in
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He
completed his internship in
1971 at Royal Alexandra
Hospital, and his surgery
fellowship in 1981 at the
University of Iowa Hospitals and
Clinics. Dr. Leonard is certified
by the American Board of
Surgery, is a fellow of the
American College of Surgeons
and a fellow of the Royal
College of Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Leonard's
medical interests
include all facets of vascular
reconstructive surgery, as well
as the non-surgical
management of
atherosclerosis. Dr. Leonard
also has substantial experience
in endoscopic surgery. Dr. Leonard

Denise M. Miller, M.D.
Dr. Denise Miller graduated from
Creighton University School of
Medicine in 1978. She was a general surgery resident at
Creighton University Affiliated
Hospitals from 1978-1983. She
also completed a fellowship in surgical oncology and taught
surgery at Creighton from July
1983 to June 1984. She was
board certified by the American
Board of Surgery in 1984, and
recertified in 1992. She is a
Fellow of the American College
of Surgeons. She has been a
member of Longmont United
Hospital Cancer Committee
since 1984, and Chairman

Natalie Weger, D.O.
Dr. Natalie Weger earned her bachelor of arts degree in
biochemistry in 1993 from the University of Colorado, Boulder, completed
post-baccalaureate work from the University of Arizona in 1997, and received
her medical degree from the Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center in
Iowa in 2001. She then completed general surgery residencies with the Albert
Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and St. Luke's Hospital
in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. In 2009, she completed her fellowship in vascular
surgery at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, St. Barnabus Health Care System
in Newark, New Jersey. Dr. Weger is certified by the American College of
Surgeons, and specializes in the minimally invasive adjunct to vascular surgery
including the endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms, peripheral
arterial disease, carotid arteries and varicose veins. Dr. Weger joined the
staff of Longmont Clinic in July 2009.
