If you have had chronic hand eczema for at least 6 months and failed treatment with topical corticosteroids, you may be eligible to participate in this research study of an investigational oral medication. The study lasts approximately 76 weeks and requires approximately 18 – 24 visits to the Longmont Clinic.
Criteria to participate:
- Between 18 and 75 years of age
- Have chronic hand eczema that hasn't responded to topical treatments
- Generally healthy
The study provides:
- All study related or required physical exams
- Study required tests including laboratory tests, x-rays and bone density testing
- Study drug or placebo
- Compensation of up to $1500 for time and travel
