If you have high blood pressure (either treated or untreated) you may be eligible to participate in a research study of an investigational drug. The research study lasts approximately 12 weeks and requires about 8 visits to the Longmont Clinic.
Criteria to participate:
- 18 years of age or older
- High blood pressure
- Must have at least two of the following: elevated cholesterol and/or triglyceride levels, elevated fasting blood sugar, abdominal obesity
The study provides:
- All study related or required exams, including physicals, EKG and lab tests
- Study medication
- Compensation for time and travel
