Classes & Programs

Longmont Clinic offers a community education program that provides informational seminars on current health issues. These seminars are informal, free and open to everyone. Seminars include time for a question and answer session, and are a great way to learn more about your health! Our classes are generally held once a month through fall, winter and spring. Steps You Can Take to Prevent & Detect Colon Cancer

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common, yet preventable, cancers in the US. If you are age 50 or older, or have other risk factors,  join us and learn the simple steps you can take toward prevention and early detection. The latest screening techniques will be discussed, including the easy, new FIT test, which offers no dietary or medicinal restrictions, is a one-time sample, and is the preferred cancer detection test by the American College of Gastroenterologists. Every attendee will receive a free FIT test to take home.
